Pr. Nour El Houda Chaoui

Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco.

Dr Nour El Houda is a distinguished professor of computer science with a prolific career across notable institutions such as ENSA-UIZ, ENSA-USMBA, and EST-UIT. Her roles have encompassed not only teaching but also significant administrative leadership, including serving as Department Head and advising the president of USMBA, Fez. She has actively contributed to numerous national and international projects, participating in programs like Tempus, Erasmus+, and H2020, highlighting her dedication to innovation in higher education. As Senior Editor for the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education (JARHE), she has furthered academic discourse, with the journal attaining a Q2 ranking in 2023. Additionally, she serves as Country Director for The International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association (HETL), promoting sustainable education practices globally, and contributes to ANEAQ, enhancing educational quality standards.

Zineb Said, CISSP, CCRP, CCSP

Information and Computer Science Engineer | Cloud Infrastructure | Cybersecurity

In 2022, Ms. Zineb Said was appointed as the Information Technology Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Architect at United States Steel (U. S. Steel), where she is responsible for developing the IT Service Continuity program and leading related integration, training, and testing initiatives. With over a decade of experience at a Tier I automotive supplier, she advanced from Management Information Staff to Management Information Manager for North American Regional Operations, overseeing IT governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives, including OCR technology implementation and disaster recovery. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology in Japan, supported by a MEXT scholarship, and has certifications as a CISSP, CCRP, and CCSP. Renowned for her expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Dr. Sailesh S. Iyer

Professor and Dean (CSE/IT), Rai University, India

Dr. Sailesh Iyer currently serves as the Professor and Dean of the CSE/IT department at Rai University, where he has also led collaborations and MOUs since August 2021. His academic career spans various institutions, marked by his leadership in teaching, industry interaction, and the management of research and academic organizations. He is also an Honorary Adjunct Distinguished Scientist and Fellow of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG) in Egypt and an Honorary Adjunct Research Scientist at Neurolabs International under the Dana Brain Health Institute in Iran. He has been granted three patents and has published six others. He has delivered over 130 expert/keynote talks in 11 countries, serves as a reviewer for four Scopus-indexed journals, has chaired tracks for at least 10 international conferences in the past 16 months, and is a lifetime member of the Computer Society of India (CSI).

Dr. Anas Abou El Kalam

Expert in Network and Systems Security Head of the Cyber Defense Engineering and Embedded Telecommunications Systems Program ENSA Marrakech, Morocco

Dr Anas Abou El Kalam holds the position of Full Professor at ENSA Marrakech and serves as the President of the Moroccan Association of Digital Trust. Additionally, he is the Team Leader of the Moroccan Olympiads in Informatics. He holds certifications as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, and CISSP. Previously, he was the Assistant Director of the OSCARS Laboratory and managed the “Networks, Systems and Security” master’s program. He served as an associate professor at INP Toulouse, where he earned his HDR and PhD in security-related fields. At ENSIB, he headed both the Computer Science Department and the Networks and Systems Security Department. His research focuses on a variety of cutting-edge topics, including blockchain-based security policies, security policies and models, Internet of Things (IoT) security, big data security, privacy, evaluation of security mechanisms, and the protection of critical infrastructures. He has co-authored over 150 high-level research papers, collaborated on numerous projects with Airbus, such as ADCN and IMAP, and has been actively involved in several European research initiatives, including FP6/IST PRIME, FP7/IST CRUTIAL, NoE Newcom++, and Celtic Fell@home..
